Beginners Muay Thai

The beginners program is designed to teach you the basics of Muay Thai and introduce you to full contact training

Women's Cardio Kickboxing

Designed to teach all the techniques and benefits of kickboxing without the contact.

Intermediate & Advanced Muay Thai

This program is designed for students who have a solid foundation of Muay Thai and are ready to take their skills to the next level. Ideal for fighters.

Kids & Teens

Our kids & teens programs are designed to build confidence, improve coordination and develop respect for others and themselves. Ages 3-15.
